Opening Up About Mental Health: Breaking Down the Stigma in the Workplace

The stigma surrounding mental health in the workplace persists in various forms. Research by the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare shows that mental illness can significantly impact an individual's employment opportunities, with many facing discrimination due to their openness about their mental health.
